Shipping Policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. We cannot guarantee delivery before Easter for orders placed starting March 24.

Shipping Times Once your order has been processed, standard delivery takes between 7–12 business days. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery. We recommend adding shipping protection at checkout for full coverage.
